My name is Aimee Lora and I'm a graduate student from California State University of San Marcos with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
This is a portal into my past, present, and future.
From the moment I took my first anatomy college course, nearly 10 years ago, I knew Kinesiology was for me. I was unhealthy, suffered from migraines and was unaware of the impact that physical activity and nutrition had on my quality of life. From that moment on, I became dedicated to the lifelong journey of a sustainable healthy life. Variety, moderation, and balance is my motto that applies to every aspect that grounds me in my choices and allows me the space to enjoy everyday.
This enjoyable life would not be a reality without my friends and family. They have believed in me from day one. The love I share for them is deeply rooted in how much I know they love and respect me as a person. I have grown up with these people and have learned to love passionately and care genuinely. I want everyone to succeed and be the best they can be. I enjoy the challenges of life and see them as opportunities to learn and come out a little stronger.
As my college experience trails behind me, I gaze forward into the future and remain open to all possibilities and opportunities that may arise.
